How long does a listing take to photograph?
Typically a 36 photo package will take about one hour. Additional services will vary depending package options. Usually a half hour per additional services.
What is your reshoot policy?
There is never any additional charge for reshoots. Photos will be available for viewing before payment is made. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied I will work you to reshoot or edit any photos.
What are your business hours?
Photoshoots are typically scheduled between 9 a.m. through twilight. Please note twilight will vary through out the year. Weekend shoot available by appointment.
What types of payments do you accept.
All major checks, cash and most major credit cards are accepted and securely processed. Cards accepted include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
Will the photoshoot need to be rescheduled if the weather is bad?
Depending on the weather I recommend rescheduling but if you choose to go ahead with the shoot exterior shoot will have to be redone on a different day.
What if I have to rescheduled/cancel?
No problem I understand sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. I will work with you at no additional charge if at anytime you need to reschedule. I do ask to be given at least 24 hours notice if possible.
